Zef-Osée Muteba
Zef-Osée Muteba is a multifaceted individual whose passions can be summed up as a lover of growth and personal development. He is a podcaster, blogger, coach in personal development and communication, instructor in Transformational Leadership, and preacher of the gospel.
He founded Juuni Podcast in 2022 with the burning desire to help individuals and teams reach their full potential.
Born and raised in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he pursued both his elementary and high school education, he was exposed to the challenges of living and faced difficulties such as war and natural disasters from a tender age. These did not keep his passion for engineering and learning, which led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications at Kabarak University Kenya, where he graduated with honors.
Zéf, however, ventured into a field different from his field of studies when he fell in love with Leadership and People’s development, to which his brother Marc had introduced him. This led him to pursue more training by participating in the Young African Leadership Initiative training in Nairobi Kenya, with a focus on public management.
He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, which allowed him to attend Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA, to be trained in Leadership with a focus on Business and Entrepreneurship.
Zéf is married and lives with his wife in Kinshasa, DRC, where he works as a contracting professional at an International Development agency.
